Cheeseburger Tacos

Method
- In a small bowl, combine ingredients for burger sauce and set aside.
- Take some ground beef and spread it thinly and evenly over each tortilla. Season each with salt and pepper
- In a skillet over medium heat, place the tortilla in the pan, meat side down. You can cook more than one at a time if your pan is large enough.
- After 2-3 minutes, the meat will be cooked enough to turn over once you see a brown crust. Lower heat and flip tortilla over.
- Add a slice of American cheese to eat patty and cook 2-3 more minutes until the cheese has melted and the tortilla has browned a little and it is crispy.
- Take tortillas out of the pan and set aside to finish cooking the rest of the patties
- Assemble your burger tacos and add lettuce, onion, pickles and top with a bit of the burger sauce
